The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline is available 24/7 to offer you free and confidential support whenever you need it. When you call 988, you will hear an automated greeting message that will prompt you to make a selection. You can either stay on the line for a crisis specialist, press one for the Veterans Crisis Line, press two for the Spanish network, or press three to speak with a LGBTQ+ affirming crisis specialist. 988 offers crisis support in English and Spanish, as well as translation services in over 250 languages. After you’ve made your selection, you will hear music while being quickly routed to a trained crisis specialist in Missouri. The crisis specialist will answer the phone, introduce themselves, and listen to you to understand what you are experiencing and how it’s affecting you. They will work with you to address your immediate needs, offer support, and connect you to local resources.

Today's staff spotlight is Mrs. Jessica Brown!

Good afternoon,
We wanted to send a reminder about our car drop-off and pick-up procedures. Please share these procedures with anyone who may pick up your child so they are also informed. We greatly care about the safety of all our students, and we want to get the students in their cars and all of our families home as quickly and safely as possible. Your help will also help limit the time students are in the heat, rain, and cold during inclement weather.
In order to keep children safe and speed up the car rider line we need your help.
If your child needs assistance getting out of the vehicle in the morning or getting into the vehicle and buckling him/herself in the afternoons, please park in the parking lot across the street. In the mornings you can walk your child across the cross walk to drop them off. In the afternoons you can pick them up as “walkers” at the north doors by the preschool room. Adults getting out of vehicles to open doors or buckle car seats slows the line down and creates an added safety concern.
Please let Amanda Schoenherr know if you have any questions. aschoenherr@kingsville.k12.mo.us
Thank you!

Preschool read “Brown Bear, Brown Bear what do you see?” and tried on bear masks. They decorated the first letter of their names with glue and beans. They also worked together to share play-doh tools & legos.

Kindergarten ended a great week of listening with Howard B. Wigglebottom and our very own set of listening ears.
